General Overview
Kiln Cars are often designed to have multiple levels, allowing the user to maximise their kiln fill. IPS Ceramics’ Adjustable Props and Posts have teeth running along their side, allowing you to change batt heights to suit various product sizes and changes in the product mix. This gives you maximum flexibility over your manufacturing processes.
IPS Ceramics’ SiC supports are hollow, reducing your kiln furniture mass and reducing energy consumption.
The Adjustable Props can be made in a range of shapes, sizes and materials. This page focusses on silicon carbide props – cordierite props can be found here.
