Fixed Props and Flue Supports
IPS Ceramics’ Fixed Props and Flue Supports allow the user to build a multi-level kiln car structure by providing a surface for the upper levels to rest on.
They come in a wide range of heights and designs, including many that have location pads on the contact faces (allowing them to sit within a recess on the batt, adding stability).

General Overview
Kiln Cars are often designed to have multiple levels, allowing the user to maximise their kiln fill. IPS Ceramics’ Fixed Props sit on top of one level and hold up another, enabling the construction of these multi-level designs. They come in a wide range of heights and designs, including many that have location pads on the contact faces (to sit within a recess on the batt, adding stability).
Where various product sizes are processed and product mix is changeable, IPS Ceramics also offers a range of adjustable props.
